Withdrawal & returns
The online function is available to Czech and Slovak customers for making an unequivocal withdrawal from a distance contract.
A consumer may generally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods unless a statutory exception applies. You do not have to give a reason.
WITHDRAWAL TERMS →Merely labelling a product as a peptide or research material does not remove the statutory withdrawal right. However, once a protective seal has been broken, the health/hygiene exception may apply to qualifying goods; a reconstituted or irreversibly mixed product may also fall within the mixing exception. Outer shipping packaging or the word “peptide” alone is not enough; the specific statutory exception and the actual protective seal on the product are decisive.

Only the basic identification details are required. Seal status and notes are optional and help us assess the return more quickly.
Alternative method
The online form is not the only option. Within the statutory period you may also send any other unequivocal statement. You may send it by e-mail to info@life-peptides.eu. Suggested wording: “I hereby withdraw from the sales contract for order [number], concluded on [date], relating to [items].”

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods / from the contract relating to order [order number], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Consumer name: [name], consumer address: [address], date: [date]. The consumer’s signature is required only if this form is sent on paper.”
